I’m sure he doesn’t even know she photoshops him and other people. According to an interview with him, he is not interested in his wife’s internet life.

I think that she takes out all of her problems onto her ever shrinking appearance and is so emotionally immature due to years of eating disordered thinking that she thinks she can keep him around if she just “stays beautiful enough”.
