As the wife of Dima’s brother told me (yeah-yeah we communicate) Dima beats Lera sometimes. I didn’t want to tell here who shared this information with me. But there’s not really a lot to share, cause Dima and Lera are very closed and don’t communicate with the brothers (Dima has two brothers).
In short, she told that before (10 years ago) he used to beat her more often, now – less often. But she couldn’t get more information, because they almost lost contact. She gets new information after family gatherings. Remember that picture where Lera sits with her iPad and an empty dish with luxury interior in the background? This was one of family gatherings as my informer told me:)
As it says: “you act like if you were Lev Tolstoy, but in reality you’re nothing but a dick” Well I mean she shows to people her perfumes and stockings and travels to France, brags about this on the internet, but at home she gets punched in the face and being in sexual slaveryah, c’est la vie!

I don’t see it, I see her being the type to abuse herself more than being battered by someone else. She has waaaaayyyyy too much freedom to be someone that’s afraid of/abused by her husband. He may have slapped her or grabbed her or something like that but as vain as this chick is she would probably kill him if he actually damaged her face.

I can believe it. Her fantasy world could result from her need to cope with abuse. If that’s the case, I feel sad for her, but it does not excuse her mean personality.
I seriously don’t think she is an abused woman. Abused women don’t usually act like this, ask a psychologist or a counsellor. She looks like someone who says and speaks her mind and tends to not worry about what others say or write about her.

Do you even know what you’re talking about? I volunteer as a crisis counselor and you sometimes would never guess. Many people, especially in more traditionally patriarchal cultures (Russia being one), see any talk about this kind of abuse as a huge taboo. Also, many women fear what their partner will do if he finds out she’s been “telling their business.”
It’s uncertain whether she has been physically abused by Dmitri.But I think it’s statistically and symptomatically possible that she has undergone emotional and/or sexual abuse in her marriage. I mean, 1 in 4 women have been sexually assaulted (in the U.S.) and the same amount has experienced child sexual abuse. We already know he cheats on and condescends her, and we don’t know a whole lot else.
Regardless of statistical possibilities, I think this woman has a bad case of BDD and a clearly unstable sense of self. She may be compensating for her insecurities; maybe if she’s beautiful and special enough, the man in her life will finally treat her like a person.
So, she’s still a superbitch sometimes but I feel uncomfortable and sad knowing what may or may not be plaguing her mind.
Kira, Are you able to state your opinions and share you knowledge without putting down every poster in Exposebarbie? You could have easily and effectively shared your experiences Kira, without being nasty to Asia saying ” do you even know what you are talking about?” No. Obviously Asia doesn’t know or have your perspective or she wouldn’t have made such a bold statement. Her reasoning, is logical, just not as educated as you or I ( you volunteer, I have a Masters in Abnormal psychology). So share your words with the intent to teach , not brazenly put down people you know little to nothing about. At least when we are all pulling Lera apart, we are very well educated on her deciets and mean girls attitude. I know we’re on a Barbie-centered site, but try and grow up a little.
Actually Asia, her behavior is quite typical of Borderline Personality Disorder with Narcisistic and Hesonistic inclination, ( eating disorders and bdd are common in BPD) and many people with BPD have more severe and bizzare behavior spiked by post traumatic stress disorder, which can becaused by abuse. I’ve ne’er met Lera, but I can honestly say, it is a very possible situation, that she has been abused.
Thinking like an advocate here, but perhaps it is a rumor she started herself to garner more attention? Lets face it honesty is certainly not one of her strong points.

She really needs to be honest about her age, I mean she looks great for a 27-28 year old.
But he kicked a cat once and Valeria wasted no time telling everyone about it and how she wished Arabs would kick his children to death. I think she’s a very outspoken person with a steadily flaming ego to have ever put up with that even as a one-time thing and much less keep silent about it. A “punch in the face” – meaning a closed fist hammered at her face would leave a very obvious and very lasting mark for someone who happily posts pictures of themselves on a daily basis.
These are very serious claims, and if her family knows that this abuse is happening they should help her instead of making these remarks public. She may not have a great personality but no woman or human being should be abused or mistreated in any kind of way.
In russia its a common practice, i won’t b surprised if its true. But as well as insekts she’s got a huge fanbase she could reach out to for help. 10 years on means its all good inda hood. No?

True or not, you have to figure there have been some crap things in this girl’s life that have made her become the the person she is and live her imaginary life out on the internet. Everything about her is made up now day’s, I’m not sure if she even know’s whats true and what’s lies anymore. Still think she’s repulsive. LOL
I certainly hope this is a false story… I have heard that Russian men often have different and more aggressive temperaments. Heck even Lagerfeld joked about that. But domestic violence and human entrapment are not right. And nothing to be joked about.
I hope too that it isn’t true. Domestic abuse is not something to make fun of. The way this rumour is written is a bit disgusting. It looks like its author thinks that Lera being beaten (and raped ?) by her husband is very funny. The smiley and the “Ah c’est la vie” makes me cringe. I don’t care how rotten Valerya is, nobody deserves to be treated this way.

She’s just a chick with a mental imbalance and a whole lot of money, but yes i agree, the way the article was written was a bit snide. Nobody deserves sexual or physical abuse, no matter how ridiculous they are.
I very much hope that this isn’t true.
