No, men prefering jailbaits and pedos are not the same in my opinion.
It is in north America. Anybody sleeping with a little girl or boy under the age of 18 could go to jail for a very, very, long time… And could be registered as a sex offender.
He didn’t just “prefer jail baits” but he slept with her. She was just a kid. He took advantage of her innocents and lack of judgement, and intellencies due to being a dumb, vulnerable teenager & all. Most teenagers are stupid, they don’t know from right & wrong, It doesn’t register with them.

I know every case like this cause a huge drama in America, russian media is always based on an America’s expirience, so they started telling same stories when they realized that such dramas are great for their ratings.
In my opinion, 15 y.o. girl is not a little girl, it’s a teenager already. As I’ve already said, there’s an obvious difference between sleeping with kids and teenagers. Teens can make well thought-out decisions about having sex with someone, kids can’t. I don’t support pedos – god save me – it’s just very difficult problem with a lot of nuances for me, and the one of these nuances – teens and kids are different age groups.
How about love and a mutual desire? We don’t know the whole story. They started living together, doesn’t it mean their bond was something more than just a lust?
Anyway, it’s just my IMHO. It doesn’t mean I support bonds like this, I just don’t want to make hasty conclusions.

I guess the laws here and there are different along with the lifestyle, if he was here and caught sleeping with a 15-year-old he’ll end up in jail and as a sex offender.
American teenagers are stupid and immature! I guess the law here fits cuz of that.
In the U.S any teenager under the age of 18 is not exactly a child, but a minor, and the laws are very strict against adults having sex with minors. You’d be surprised how many 20-something year old teachers go to jail for having sex with 17 year olds and then are later legally considered pedophiles and sex offenders who can’t come within a certain distance of kids anymore.
I didn’t want to use the word minor so it’s understood. I like our law, I find it more logical.
Where I live, assuming the 15 year old consented, then it is not paedophilia. It’s not completely legal until 16, but it’s a different (and less severe) crime.
I don’t know the laws in Ukraine or Russia, or where-ever they were conceived. In many parts of Europe the age of consent is 14-16. So it is feasible that she was old enough to consent to sex. Still incredibly sleazy though, but not illegal.
I used google translate on Baginya and found that Valeria’s sister Olga was born May 20, 1992 which is an incredibly long pregnancy if she was conceived while Valeria was being born in 1985. [eye roll]
There is also a picture of Olga with Valery and Irina (it’s posted here on Irina’s bio) I cannot imagine anyone would pose for a photo with their husband’s illegitimate child. Regardless of that fact, Olga looks more like Irina than Valeria does.
Is there evidence, other than Val’s claim, that Olga is only her half sister?

It’s Val lying about her age. Her fake birthday is August 1991, and Olga was born in May 1992, so about 9 months later. Therefore she must have been conceived while Val’s mom was in the hospital giving birth.
I used to play with the kids of my dad’s new woman after my parents’ divorce, I can’t see anything super special in this. Dealing with the new family of your dad is the only way to keep in touch with him after your parents’ divorce.
Valeria and Olga seeing each other is completely normal and expected.
Irina wanting anything to do with her exhusband and his supposed child with another woman is what’s weird. Why would she pose for a photo with only her ex and his affair-with-underage-neighbour daughter? That isn’t normal. There are no pictures of me in my childhood with my father and his exwife even though I saw my half brothers often.
I don’t think it’s that weird… I know a few families where the parents stayed close after they broke up. Sometimes things just don’t work, that doesn’t mean they can’t be friends or be decent about it…
